Tactical Notes

furgon looks out of place, but it's key to keeping scouts and GAs set up to take out cornered clerics away from your centered cleric.

I like this form for a variety of reasons.
The main one being the berzerker, I love seeing a good form with a berz.

One thing I would probably change about it though, is the furgon placement.
I would probably switch the furgon and beast rider.
Just because the beast can be such an offensive unit and the furgon can be such a defensive unit.

But I am going to have to try it out for a while, see how both variations work.

What do you do if someone has a dsm in a space that can move to burn cleric?
Rep: +2 Essence wrote 2 year 4 months ago:
furgon that space out of existence. :)

Then mudquake... so now you can either lose a unit, and have multiple units in critical health, or you can lose your cleric. The thing is just asking to be bombed. dsm can hit 4 units that are very vulnerable, moving zerker to hit mud would open up scout cleric shot holes. It just has way more problems than it is worth.

It would take one hell of a player to consistently win with this.

Well Rancor...essence is wat we call 1 hell of a player.

its OK.

AU, i dont know if you've realized, but you can pretty much say that about any frontline, center form. dsm will cause mass damage, mud will cause mass damage. its known. but no one will sacrifice opening holes in a lineup to lessen the effect of dsm burns, frontline rushes are more common sans dsm, and therefore the lineup should hold.
