Tactical Notes

This is similar to a form I came upon on LF in one of Bottle's posts and I converted it to make it a mud form.

Strategy: The form is built for aggresiveness, so you should only use it if that's your style of play. Use knights and assassin to penetrate opponent's form while keeping scout and mud in range to unfocus and take out weakened units. If you can maintain control of the game by keeping your opponent on the defensive, you can trade most of your units for range if necesarry and still be able to pull of the win with chanty.

V.S. Corner Turts: These forms are what makes this form shine. Basically do as said above, rushing in w/ knights and use scout and mud as backup. Keep on the offensive and finish with chanty.

V.S. Center: This is a bit more difficult as you are forced to cut straight through your opponent's knight wall. Often they'll have a LW, so repositioning your knights is recommended. Try to expose holes in opponents formation and march through with knights. Use mud to penetrate form and pressure cleric heal/retreat and then barrier. Play smart and you should be able to pull of a win.

V.S. Rush/Bomb: This is probably the greatest challenge you'll have with the form. There are opportunities for witches and dsm/pyros to blast away at the form. Try to spread units out while taking out mages and range. Focus on the range and try to keep cleric and chanty safe. One range are gone, use chanty to finish up.

Its a good formation, but being highly aggressive, I think it could really use a second cleric, especially with the lack lw protection. The second cleric will aid you in trying to maintain offensive pressure. Personally, I think you could trade the witch for it, seeing as that you already have a scout and muddy for range, which is generally substantial.

All in all, a double cleric variation would make this form a little more solid I think. Perhaps some may disagree.

I think I would spread the knights a little bit just to give a little edge over the warded centers you may come across, not to mention bombs.
The idea would to kinda make the average center think that you have a easy hole to penetrate, let them in, and tear one or two units apart.

I might also take out BW, but thats really up to you, we all know a mud can be hell with a BW.
I would probably just take out the bw for a little more aggresiveness, maybe for a pyro because pyro mud works well.
Either that, or like du said, for a second cleric. I would probably keep witch though, because 2 clerics bw witch is hell too.

Would you guys mind posting your modified version of this form? I'd appreciate that... I haven't really considered trying a second cleric as I felt that the form would indeed lose some of the unit advantage, and would also encourage me opponent to send a strong attack to take out clerics.
I could see 2 cleric, mud and maybe double witch working nicely. I'll playtest some more, and I may post a modified form if I feel its gameworthy >:D.

thx for the comments guys

hey im free so i dont have mud golem what would you suggest? I was thinking trade for pryo to kind of keep the same AoE thing goin on or cut bw for 2 pryos? I need some help deciding

I think pyro would be a pretty good replacement. But without an LW, you will really need your bw for retreating. I mean you effectively decreased the HP of your formation by about 30 hp on a single unit (with some blocking). So I do not suggest putting in a second pyro for BW.
