Tactical Notes

This formation is very versatile and can beat just about anything if you are good at using it. The witch does not have a lot of initial range, but it is very useful for taking out rushing units. If you destroy the enemy scout, the enchantress becomes unstopable. DON'T hesitate to freeze some of your own units along with an enemy's rushing units if the risk is worth it.

This setup is fantastic I've been using it for a couple days and I'm 1k . This is the best grey dropless turtle on here imho.

I can't see this formation being to strong in a same sides match without excessive barrier use. Also, on opposite sides, that barrier position will hurt you, but in general you are set up pretty well to resist a flank attack.

Glad it helped someone out :)

lol du you're so right I just changed into this formation and got into a battle with a grey same side turt. My chanty could've won the game if his scout wasn't barrierd like 5000 times and i couldn't kill it.

I'm confused as to how this form defends against a knight moving up and attacking the scout. You are immediately put on the defensive, which takes away any advantage that a setup can have. There is no reason to put that much effort into stopping a flank on the other side when you leave a wide open hole when doing so.
